Febelfin faced a complex challenge: how do you organize structured and secure collaboration around policy files, training sessions, and events in a context where participants and access rights are constantly changing? In addition, there was a need for a sustainable and user-friendly platform within Microsoft 365 that enables self-management without compromising governance.

Policy files, training records, and project groups are automatically created in Microsoft Teams and SharePoint. User permissions, notifications, and Teams connections are configured automatically. Staff and members can instantly see who has access to which file and in what role.

Centralized user and access structure
All user data and access rights are centralized, ensuring secure access to confidential documents without manual intervention. The solution supports granular publishing via intranet and extranet.
Seamless Microsoft 365 integration

Ometa adds an intelligence layer on top of the existing Microsoft 365 environment. Each file is linked to the appropriate Teams channels, and users automatically gain access to up-to-date information—without IT involvement.
