Training & Co-Creation Day for Local Governments: Safe, Efficient, and VTC-Compliant Work within Microsoft 365
On Monday, 27 April 2026, and Thursday, 24 September 2026, we are organizing our first CAD – Social Management Training & Co-Creation Day for local governments. These sessions aim not only to provide practical training, but also to foster structured knowledge sharing and collaborative development of the platform.
The past period has been dedicated to implementation, testing, and refinement. After a successful rollout, a thoroughly tested working phase followed at our pilot municipality, Gemeente Heist-op-den-Berg. At the same time, we observe a clear trend in the market towards digital efficiency, with local governments increasingly opting for solutions that combine security, governance, and user-friendliness.
At Gemeente Heist-op-den-Berg, the implementation of CAD – Social Management was successfully completed. The solution is now live and supports the social services department in a safe, structured, and VTC-compliant case management environment within Microsoft 365.
This achievement confirms our core beliefs:
– Compliance does not have to limit efficiency
– Microsoft 365 can function perfectly within a well-designed governance architecture
– Data sovereignty and user-friendliness can go hand in hand
As more municipalities go live or are in their decision-making phase, we are taking the next step: structurally embedding knowledge sharing and co-creation through a biennial Training & Co-Creation Day. This day is exclusively aimed at local governments that are already using or interested in CAD – Social Management.
🕘 Morning – Functional Training (for application users)
We start at 9:00 AM with a coffee and pastries breakfast, followed by an in-depth training on the CAD – Social Management application, specifically tailored for daily users, such as social services staff.
Topics include:
- Case structure and logical organization
- Access management and role model
- Integration within Microsoft 365
- Hands-on training of all functionalities
- Governance approach in social services
Goal: participants will be able to work independently and correctly within the application, with full understanding of structure and security.
🕘 Afternoon – Co-Creation & Roadmap (for management and IT)
After the lunch, the focus shifts to interaction, strategic decisions, and future planning. This session is primarily intended for users, IT managers, policy staff, and management profiles.
What to expect:
- Presentation of our current roadmap
- Discussion of planned optimizations
- Dialogue on desired features and enhancements
- Joint prioritization with participating municipalities
Participants will receive a form in advance, where:
- The current roadmap is shared
- Local governments can submit feature requests
- We review these requests both technically and strategically
During the session, we will discuss concretely:
- What is technically feasible?
- What is strategically desirable?
- Where do we set priorities together?
Why participate?
- Strengthen your internal governance structure
- Work VTC-compliantly within Microsoft 365
