On May 22 in Schilde and May 27 in Ghent, Ometa hosted two inspiration sessions that brought together compliance officers, IT representatives, DPO\u2019s, cities and municipalities from across the public sector. The theme was timely and crucial: How can government institutions balance strict compliance with efficient workflows.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

With legislation like the VTC guidelines, NIS2 and the EU\u2019s new AI Act reshaping the public sector’s responsibilities, many attendees were seeking practical ways to remain compliant without slowing down innovation.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

We demonstrated how integration of both structured (ERP, CRM, DAV, MAGDA\u2026) and unstructured (emails, drawings, PDFs, etc.) data can pave the way for secure and efficient information workflows, without unnecessary duplication and always with the user experience in mind.       • Tom Van Eysendeyk from Pidpa, who offered a compelling real-world use case on how they securely share real-time data with municipalities, the\u202fpublic centre for social welfare and contractors using Ometa\u2019s case management concept.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        In our live demos, participants saw how cases evolve across their lifecycle, contracts, customer interactions and legal documents. All securely managed and integrated into familiar Microsoft environments. We also showcased digital archiving, SharePoint integration and private\/public cloud orchestration.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
