Training & Co-Creation Day for Local Governments: Safe, Efficient, and VTC-Compliant Work within Microsoft 365 <\/h1>\n\n\n\n

On Monday, 27 April 2026, and Thursday, 24 September 2026, we are organizing our first CAD \u2013 Social Management Training & Co-Creation Day for local governments. These sessions aim not only to provide practical training, but also to foster structured knowledge sharing and collaborative development of the platform.\u00a0

The past period has been dedicated to implementation, testing, and refinement. After a successful rollout, a thoroughly tested working phase followed at our pilot municipality,\u00a0Gemeente\u00a0Heist-op-den-Berg. At the same time, we\u00a0observe\u00a0a clear trend in the market towards digital efficiency, with local governments increasingly opting for solutions that combine security, governance, and user-friendliness.\u00a0

At\u00a0Gemeente\u00a0Heist-op-den-Berg, the implementation of CAD \u2013 Social Management was successfully completed. The solution is now live and supports the social services department in a safe, structured, and VTC-compliant case management environment within Microsoft 365.\u00a0

This achievement confirms our core beliefs:\u00a0

As more municipalities go live or are in their decision-making phase, we are taking the next step:\u00a0structurally embedding knowledge sharing and co-creation through a biennial Training & Co-Creation Day<\/strong>. This day is exclusively aimed at local governments that are already using or interested in CAD \u2013 Social Management.\u00a0<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udd58 Morning \u2013 Functional Training (for application users)<\/strong> <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

We start at 9:00 AM with a coffee and pastries breakfast, followed by an in-depth<\/strong> training on the CAD \u2013 Social Management application, specifically tailored for daily users<\/strong>, such as social services staff. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Case structure and logical organization <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Access management and role model <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Integration within Microsoft 365 <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Hands-on training of all functionalities <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Governance approach in social services <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Goal:<\/strong> participants will be able to work independently and correctly within the application, with full understanding of structure and security. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

    After the lunch, the focus shifts to interaction, strategic decisions, and future planning. This session is primarily intended for users, IT managers, policy staff, and management profiles.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Presentation of our current roadmap <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Discussion of planned optimizations <\/li>\n\n\n\n

      • Local governments can submit feature requests <\/li>\n\n\n\n
