Job Description<\/span><\/h2><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

As a Marketing & Event Coordinator, you will take on a versatile role that combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You will support Ometa in organizing our 25th anniversary celebration while also contributing to a variety of marketing, sales, and operational initiatives. You will be involved in the complete preparation and coordination of the anniversary event, from structuring and maintaining the guest database to creating and sending invitations and email campaigns, as well as coordinating the venue, catering, entertainment, suppliers, and overall logistics. You will monitor deadlines, maintain oversight, and ensure all stakeholders remain aligned throughout the project. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition, you will support the team with marketing and sales activities. You will help develop campaigns, prepare content and communications, structure processes, and implement systems that better support sales and project teams. You will also actively contribute ideas on how to improve our internal operations, marketing approach, and event management processes. You will work closely with colleagues across multiple teams and have the freedom to take initiative, introduce new ideas, and independently drive projects forward.
