Job Description<\/span><\/h2><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

At Ometa, the Project Manager plays a pivotal role. This person acts as the link between our development team and the client. You will collaborate with top companies in Benelux and beyond, ensuring the successful delivery of complex IT projects. Our ideal candidate is structured, customer-oriented, and possesses an analytical mindset. You will establish clear agreements with clients and our development team, translating client needs into a project plan and solution design. You will manage scope and expectations during execution while rolling up your sleeves when necessary and meaningful.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Working closely with the team, you will ensure delivery of the right technical solutions, overseeing execution and ensuring alignment with client requirements. With a hands-on approach, you will deliver projects on time and within budget. The ultimate goal is the successful implementation of our products while striving for optimal client satisfaction. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing (some of) our Solutions: from market research and design to technical feasibility, planning, budgeting, and the execution of new releases.
